Shipping Policy

We're excited to get your pre-loved goodies to you! All orders are shipped on MONDAY. Tuesday if Monday is a holiday.

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Please inquire if you would like your tracking information.

Please note: Once a package has been shipped, Ivy Lane is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We recommend selecting shipping insurance at checkout for added peace of mind.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all of our items are one-of-a-kind, pre-loved pieces, we encourage you to carefully review the sizing, measurements, and condition notes before purchasing. We are happy to answer any questions!
